When it comes to surface grinding the Bemato BMT-2550AH Automatic AD5 controlled machine is in a class above the rest in precision, quality, accuracy and functionality, this unique machine is accepted and is recognised in the majority of engineering companies' worldwide.

Special design features to improve the finish of your work piece is the Programmable AD5 control, allowing operator to work on other projects or jobs whilst machine is in automatic mode. This also has additional functions for rough grinding, finish grinding, spark-out and head will rapid return automatically when programme has finished. Also incorporated within the unit is an electromagnetic chuck with electronic demagnetise.

Features:
Optimized Structure:
The major parts are manufactured from high quality cast iron combined with an outstanding structural design. These parts have been stress relieved to ensure maximum rigidity stability minimize vibration and maintain machining accuracy

Precision Spindle Design:
The spindle runs in a class P4 high precision angular contact bearing assuring run out accuracy in 2?m. The cartridge-type spindle is completely sealed and lubricated for long working lifetime providing high accuracy grinding and a long service life.

Turcite-B on Slideways:
The XZ axis slideways have been specially coated with a durable turcite-B to minimise friction between slides and to provide long life accuracy

Automatic Pressure Lubrication:
This system lubricates the slide-ways and screws with a timer adjustment providing optimum machine conditions

AD5 NC Auto Down Feed:
Automatic down-feed AD5 control and rapid UP/DOWN system standard on Bemato models are a 3 axis fully automated for greatly increasing operational convenience
