6 cast aluminium alloy pipe formers to suit (Ø1/2`` Ø3/4`` Ø1`` Ø1-1/4`` Ø1-1/2`` Ø2`` water pipe)
Light weight aluminium alloy formers with large angle of arc to support pipe during bending. This results in a bend of superior quality
Cross section of formers is of ``elliptical`` form to minimise flattening of bend
Solid fabrication flip top frame for easy pipe & former replacement
Hydraulic ram now with 2 stage pump & a spring return ram
Flip top frame for easy pipe placement & removal and changing of former size
Spring return ram retracts ram when bend is complete
Quick & easy to adjust guide pins to suit pipe
Bending angle measuring stop allows repeat bending with ease
Bend pipe up to a maximum of 90º
Complete with six pipe formers (1/2" - 2" N.B) two bobbins (support rollers) & pins
The ram spigot hole on BRAMLEY formers is 38mm. This can be bushed to suit smaller ram diameters
